In the picturesque scenery of Masuria, on a peninsula stretching into the lake, the design of the Symbiotic Settlement was created, referring to the materials characteristic of the region such as brick and wood, harmoniously rooted in tradition.
The Symbiotic Settlement in Masuria redefines the contemporary lifestyle, which is based on a return to the traditional principles of symbiosis with nature while maintaining comfort and the latest technological achievements. It is a house that rebuilds the relationship of man with the surroundings, including him in the circulation with the natural environment.
The central point of the entire development is the two-level block of the main house, designed with care for the combination of functionality, economy, and aesthetics, in such a way as to integrate the user with the surrounding nature. On the ground floor, a spacious living area dominates, with panoramic windows that open the interiors to the view of the lake and the surrounding forest. On the upper level, there are spacious bedrooms, each with access to a private terrace with a view.
Another element of the Symbiotic Settlement in Masuria is a small building housing an apartment on the first floor and a two-car garage on the ground floor. It has been connected and communicated with the main house by a wooden footbridge, creating a covered passage on the ground floor and a viewing bridge on the first floor.
In the immediate vicinity of the residential development, a pavilion embedded in the surrounding garden has been designed, as well as piers on the water and a sauna house on the lake.
